OUR PROGRAM

At Moonrise a core focus of our residential program is helping each woman cultivate an individualized daily routine: sleep, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, study/work blocks, and community touchpoints that stabilize recovery and support a return to school, work, or personal goals. We model healthy routines in-house and walk the path alongside residents through planning, practice, and compassionate accountability.

Recovery here is not just about abstinence; it’s about learning new ways of being that honor your values, vision, and innate capacity to thrive.

What to Expect

Our programming is intentionally designed to guide you through four phases. The phases we focus on require a minimum of four months, providing a strong foundation for growth and stability. From there, each person’s length of stay is guided by their individual journey, goals, and readiness. Some may choose to stay longer to continue building confidence, skills, and support, and our team is committed to walking alongside each client for as long as it serves their long-term success.

Our phases center around these five core areas of focus:

  1. Foundational Well-Being: focusing consistently on sleep, nutrition, movement, hydration, and time in nature helps your system repair, restore, and strengthen the stability that is needed for depthful and sustainable recovery.

  2. Somatic Transformation: learning to feel at home in your body, heal your nervous system, and move through life with a greater sense of ease.

  3. Community Building: creating authentic relationships and systems of accountability through consistent connection and shared activities.

  4. Life Skills Development: gaining the tools, practices, and confidence to step into independence with work, school, or service.

  5. Spiritual Growth: cultivating practices that foster meaning, belonging, and connection to yourself, to others, to nature, or to something greater. This isn’t about dogma; it’s about finding what helps you feel rooted and guided on your recovery journey.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

Moonrise Recovery operates as a private pay facility, which means that clients or their families are responsible for covering the costs of services directly, and insurance is not applicable to our core services.

Moonrise Services Include:

  • Weekly Individual Therapy

  • Weekly Family Session

  • 6 hours of integrative group programming per week

  • Housing

  • Weekly 1:1 Somatic Recovery Coaching Session

  • Weekly Life-skills, Routine, and Nutrition Coaching

  • Weekly Goal Setting to support Transition to Work, School, Purpose

  • Weekly Mindfulness, Yoga, Acupuncture, or Qigong

  • Weekly Nature-based Practices, Ritual, and Ceremony

  • Organic community gardening

  • 1-2 Community Outings per week

  • Weekly Urinalysis Screening - Full Panel

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING:

Our approach is multifaceted and community-centered. Each client will vary in the supplementary services they engage in, these services are additional fees to Moonrise, but can be billed through accepted insurance plans*.
